Processing time
Our goal is always to ship orders as quickly as possible, however, due to COVID-19, we have implemented changes to the way we pack & ship items to ensure that our team and our products continue to be safe – because of that, orders are currently shipping within 5-10 business days of receipt.

United States
We are happy to offer FREE shipping for domestic orders over $50 (total after coupon and promo deductions), the choice will be available for your order when requirements are met.
Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order and will be sent via emailed after your order has shipped. If you selected USPS, please wait to contact us about your package until 3 weeks after receiving your shipping notification, as they will not allow a claim prior to that period.
Please note: UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you enter a PO Box, your order will be delayed until we receive a physical address. UPS does not deliver on weekends, please keep that in mind when selecting a rush method.
Split Shipping
We can only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.
Back Orders
We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items fi you prefer not to wait on them for the rest of your items to ship
Lost or Damaged by the Postal Service
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8 weeks for international), please contact us. We will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Returned Mail
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.

**** INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE ****
Currently, we only ship to Canada and Mexico, internationally. Unfortunately, Free Shipping is not available for these orders and Import duties, fees, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
