What is Wellnergy Pets?
At Wellnergy Pets, we believe that pet care, at its core, starts with a proactive approach at home with pet owners. Our goal is to improve the lives of people and their pets by providing the best at-home pet care in the form of high-quality pet products and supplements. Our Founder and CEO, Dr. Zonram Liao DVM and his team work closely with veterinarians in a number of different competencies to develop safe, effective products for your pet’s needs, in a form that they will enjoy.

What type of supplements should I get for my pet?
Our leading veterinarian, Dr. Liao, is available to make a personalized recommendation on what supplements and products would be best for your pet. If you are unsure of what supplements your pets may need, feel free to call us at 562-980-2829 so that one of our veterinary health team of professionals may answer your questions or email us at email@example.com and receive a recommended solution from us within 48-72 hours.

Of course we can! If you're having any difficulties ordering online, feel free to call us directly at 949-878-9387. The best part? You won’t have to sit through any automated machine. You'll get a real human ready to walk you through the process and finalize your order. Our hours of availability are Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm PST.
Can more than one Wellnergy Pets product be used at the same time?
Yes! Our Wellnergy Pets products are all designed to complement each other. However, if you have questions about potential contraindicated conditions in your pet. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so our veterinary health team can help you choose the best product for your pet.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes our products are made right here in the USA with manufacturing plants in Vermont, Missouri, and Florida.
Where is my order being packaged?
Our online fulfillment center is located in Santa Fe Springs,CA and open Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST. We process orders the same day if submitted before 4pm PST.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States, Mexico, and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Are you still open? Are there any order delays due to COVID-19?
Yes, we are still open and here for you and your pets! And although we are still open, we have implemented new protocols and safety measures in our shipping process to process orders safely and on-time. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and/or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
How do I make a return? Or get a refund?
