REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Maintaining the highest quality standards comes first at Wellnergy Pets. We do not reuse or resell any product once it ships from our warehouse, so we cannot accept open returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you need your product replaced because it arrived damaged or defective -- no problem. Simply contact us at orders@wellnergypets.com and we will help you right away.
